Return Policy
If a product does not match the purchased product's description or is deficient you must lodge a complaint (support@varsitystore.co.za) within a 3 days period.
If you are not satisfied with our products you may return them within 3 days period after purchase.
Failure to return a product within the 3 days return period, Varsity Store Tech will not be held responsible.
Refunds
We strictly do not offer Refunds, returned products will be replaced with the correct product order or repaired at our own expense.
for lay-buys and installments we only issue out 50% of the paid amount.
Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for defective or damaged items only and we will repair or replace them with the correct items
